As you can see, sunrise may interfere with totality, but you should be able to see much.

My calculations (using the program XEphem from the Clear Sky Institute) are as such:

Moon enters Earth's penumbral shadow: 4:52 am

Moon enters Earth's shadow: 5:49 am

Sunrise: 6:50

Moon reaches total coverage:  6:54 am (after the sunrise)
